Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on gold08. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When completing the registration process, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to:

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gold08 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
